Rules and terms of service

1. Who we are

1. IPC (Israel Poker Community) is a community of amateur poker players in Israel. The site, the forum and the main club are run by volunteers.
2. We do not operate, represent or have any connection to the ClubGG application, to GGPoker, or to any other application. We use them like any other player and we are bound by their terms of service.
3. The clubs listed on this site are independent and are listed for information only. We are not responsible for how they are run, but we do delist any club a justified complaint is made about.

2. Chips

1. Every chip on this site and in the main club is play-money only. Chips have no monetary value of any kind.
2. Registered members can request chips through the form on this site, free of charge. Staff or an agent approves the request at their discretion and tells you the amount approved.
3. Chips may not be bought, sold, transferred or exchanged for money, goods or services. IPC does not support real-money play or money transfers of any kind. Anyone who tries is removed from the community.

3. The forum

1. Keep it civil. No abuse, and no posting other people's personal details.
2. Complaints about clubs: facts only, with what happened and when. A complaint that holds up gets the club taken off the list.
3. No advertising of clubs, services or commercial links inside discussions. Clubs get listed through the listing form; advertising on the site goes through the contact form.
4. Staff may edit, delete, lock, hide, suspend and ban. No explanation required.
5. Guests can read, unless staff has closed the forum to members only. Posting requires an account.

4. Club listings and VIP ranking

1. Anyone can ask to add a club. Staff reviews it and approves it, rejects it, or asks for more details.
2. VIP seats and star ratings are decided by staff alone, based on reliability, service and member feedback. A place cannot be bought.
3. A club that breaks our rules, or the rules of the application it runs in, is taken off the list and added to the blacklist.

5. Accounts and privacy

1. Registration is for ages 18 and over only. By using this site you confirm you are at least 18 years old.
2. We keep only what we need: a username, a hashed password, an email address if you left one, and whatever you posted on the site. We do not sell or pass member details to anyone.
3. Staff can delete an account on request or after a breach of these rules.

6. Fair play

1. No VPN. Using a VPN, a proxy or any other tool that hides, changes or fakes your location or your identity while playing is forbidden.
2. Collusion and any form of cooperation between players during play is forbidden, including between friends and family.
3. No sharing hole cards. Never show, tell or hint at the cards in your hand to another player, on any channel: not in chat, not on the phone, not in a group.
4. No soft play. Never check, pass up a bet or fold on purpose to save chips for another player.
5. No chip dumping. Never lose a hand on purpose and never move chips to another player through the game.
6. Never play two accounts, and certainly not at the same table.
7. No ghosting. Never let anyone else play your hand or advise you on a live hand, and never advise another player on theirs.
8. No bots and no assisting software: bots, scripts, solvers, HUDs and any real-time assistance tool (RTA).
9. One account per person. Opening extra accounts is forbidden, handing over or sharing an account with someone else is forbidden, and selling, buying or renting an account is forbidden.

7. Platform rules and responsibility

1. A breach of the rules of ClubGG, or of any other platform you play on, is treated as a breach of the IPC rules as well, and results in a permanent ban from the community.
2. IPC is not responsible for a member who breaks the rules of a platform. That member alone bears the responsibility and the consequences, including any action the platform takes against their account.
3. IPC is a private community. We do not operate, own or control any of the applications, nor the independent clubs listed on this site.

8. Enforcement

1. Every report of a breach is reviewed by staff.
2. A confirmed breach means removal from the community club and from the forum.
3. Where the breach involves a club, the club is taken off the list on this site and added to the blacklist.
